Job Vacancy - Online Customer Service

Job Responsibilities :

  • Deal with customer via Whatsapp, Shopee chat, Lazada chat, phone call & email.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Create ticket for each customer complain, return, refund, exchange and etc.
  • To learn and to understand all of our products.
  • Preparing invoice or quotation when customer request.
  • Follow up the shipping progress if parcel is not delivered to customer.
  • To claim parcel lost from courier company.
  • To understand sales order procedure, preparing parcels and delivery.
  • Everyday work closely in website Lazada, Shopee, Carousell and company website.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Familiar with e-commerce platform: Lazada, Shopee and Carousell.
  • At least able to communicate fairly in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required writing: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills: MS Office, Basic Computer knowledge

 

Job Descriptions :

  • Salary: RM 1600++ with EPF & SOCSO
  • Working hour: MON - SAT , 9am - 6pm . (no OT, we closed at 6pm sharp)
