Job Vacancy - Online Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• Follow up online sales orders, co-ordinate stock purchase, preparing parcels and delivery.
• Unpacking and arrange stock on storage rack every time restock
• Arrange stock for customer cash on delivery
• Inventory checking daily
• Everyday work closely in Shopee, Lazada and company website etc
• Updating daily online sales report

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM and above
• Familiar with e-commerce platform: Shopee, Lazada , onilne shop, etc.
• At least able to communicate fairly in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required writing: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills: MS Office, Basic Computer knowledge

Job Descriptions :

• Salary: RM 1,600++ with EPF & SOCSO
• Working hour: Sunday - Friday , 9am - 6pm , Saturday off, Public Holiday off.
  (no overtime, we close at 6pm sharp)
